Nakakahiya ipost — pero post ko na 😂 baka may iba na nahihirapan rin mag-lose ng weight and I am willing to share what helped me ❤️
✨ From brain fog, exhaustion, and feeling stuck in the PCOS cycle… to slowly finding my way back to myself. ✨
Here’s my 1-month difference — progress, not perfection.
For the longest time, I struggled with PCOS: the brain fog, the irritability, the constant exhaustion, and the weight that just wouldn’t budge. I felt disconnected for years… emotionally drained, mentally scattered, and uncomfortable in my own skin.
Dumating sa point na tumigil na ako mag-picture.
I stopped posting.
I avoided going out because I didn’t want people to notice the weight gain.
Little by little, I disappeared — not because I wanted to, but because I no longer recognized myself.
No quick fixes.
No tusok-tusok.
No Ozempic.
No crash diets.
Just 2 things I take consistently + 1 intentional practice na kayang sundan kahit super busy na mom.
And this… this is my 1-month progress. Not overnight, but real and noticeable.
Today, my mind feels clearer, my mood is lighter, and my confidence is finally making its way back. 🥹
I’m taking photos again.
I’m showing up again.
I’m starting to recognize myself — and it feels so empowering. ❤️
