💎 A LITTLE TRANSPARENCY FROM I&MCo-
When something goes wrong, what matters is how a seller chooses to handle it.
Fact: Truth may be delayed, but it cannot remain hidden forever. In the end, everything comes to light.
A parcel was reported damaged upon delivery. We acknowledged the concern, reviewed the situation, and offered a full refund of ₱950 while also preparing to coordinate with the courier regarding the possible transit damage.
We provided several refund options and repeatedly asked for the customer’s preferred details so we could return the payment.
The messages were seen.
The refund was ready.
The only thing we were waiting for was the information needed to send it.
Unfortunately, the conversation was eventually blocked before the refund could be completed.
We are sharing this not to shame anyone, expose anyone, or start a public argument. All private and identifying information has been removed.
We are sharing it because transparency works both ways.
A damaged parcel is a legitimate concern. Customers have every right to be disappointed and to ask for a resolution. But sellers are people too. We deserve the opportunity to respond, investigate, and make things right.
Being upset does not justify insults, accusations, or telling another person to die.
At I&MCo., we may not be able to control how a parcel is handled after it leaves our hands~but we can control how we handle our customers when something goes wrong.
We choose documentation.
We choose accountability.
We choose to resolve issues properly.
And we choose respect.
Because behind every small business is a real person doing their best to serve people honestly. 🤍
This is our side, not an attack, just the documented timeline.
Love,
ImCO
