Yesterday I posted a photo of the same earrings that I had made in tarnish resistant copper.
Today I have made a reel showing how I have made them and this time I have used silver filled wire from Parawire and blue aventurine beads. The hooks are sterling silver.
I think they are super cute 🥰 How about you?

Keeping it fairly simple with a twist 😅on the classic bead ring.
I am trying to make smaller pieces of jewellery and these are actually quite dainty and cute when you use a small bead. You can use larger beads as well just add more length to the wire.

💚 This drilled, heart shaped Unakite was a gift with a purchase of crystals.
I wondered what I was going to do with it as I do not usually use drilled stones.
But the idea came to me to make a necklace.
I took hours! It’s not something I have done before and I have a new respect for others who make these kind of necklaces!
I am not really a fan of Unakite.
I love the green but not really the pinky, orange that runs through it.
However, after working with it over the last couple of days I really like it now 💚
It is primarily composed of:
• Pink to salmon-colored orthoclase feldspar
• Yellow-green to pistachio-green epidote
• Colorless, milky, or smoky quartz

I will be at The Ararimu Market next weekend.

I have got a thing for spirals lately in case you haven’t noticed 😂
This is the first time I have made a ring using 12 gauge wire and I can report that is much harder to work with 😅
It is perfect to hammer and add texture too though and very comfortable to wear 🤩
