This week I got my eternity ring back... I haven't worn it for a year... and crikey what a hard year...

But it's back thanks to Michael Hill for looking after it, resizing it and making it pretty...

But I'm so grateful to The Irish Jeweller for our new wedding rings, celebrating 20 years of marriage...

Happy to have these on my finger and all the awesomeness of our relationship that they hold.

Forever the researcher... sitting on the verandah, researching the herbs I have put in the herb garden you can see just beyond my laptop.

And thanks to the youngest munchkin who wrote down all their names for me...

Today is a calm day after a couple of weeks of emotional turbulence. We lost our oldest dog nearly 2 weeks ago and the garden has been a welcome retreat as we grieve for her. We miss her so damn much that somedays it's so overwhelming.

OK, this is a post about sustainability...

Oh yes it is, hear us out...

We have family of geeks, they collect models and it gives them much pleasure....

We have had this PLA filament 3D printer sitting in the studio for over a year and today we finally got it working...

We bought it secondhand, and it means they can print stuff rather than ordering it from overseas....

Less miles, secondhand gloriousness, and lovely community of file sharers...

Wish we had sorted it earlier... so much easier than we thought!!!...

But now they want a resin printer as well....
