Three times a week during school term times, the Uretara Space at Pātuki Manawa Digital Hub is transformed into a hive of activity! Local youth engage in coding activities on Tuesday and Wednesday and Minecraft on Thursdays.

Playing Minecraft utilises creativity and imagination when building, crafting and gathering within a Minecraft world!

Numbers are limited, so expressions of interest are essential through the Katikati Library & Service Centre.

Release your little monsters on our grizzly school holiday programme this September.

Your rascally imps will swarm all over the activities and crafts we have on offer over the school break, including Take & Make Kits, Colouring Contests, Scavenger Hunt and 13+ Teen Competition.

So lumber down to your local Western Bay of Plenty District library from 3pm Friday 19 September and pick up your School Holiday Calendar!

Drop-in activities 10:00am - 12:00pm Waihī Beach, Katikati and Ōmokoroa libraries - no bookings required!

Each space has it’s own unique character - the Uretara Room is our Hot-desking Space.
