Purple, Gold Maltese Cross Harness Racing NZ THE HOME OF AVERILS QUEST AND HARNESS RACING! Welcome to the home of the MacKenzie Family harness racing team "Purple & Gold Maltese Cross".

Headed by Rod & Raewyn MacKenzie they have had great success over the years with many pacers including Rocket Averil, Averil's Quest, Saucy Star, Saucy Magic, and many many more. From the early days of Fidalgo through to the less than stellar success of Tracey Dawn (the horse, not the person!) and the export of Nicola Mary (again the horse, not the person) there have been many successes, much fun and many fond memories including the Road to the Jewels in 2013.
