Today was the last day of the Empire Street Market.
I feel so grateful for all the beautiful connections I’ve made here.

To my friends!

I’ve just got a job as a designer and will be moving to Auckland, so I won’t be able to attend markets for a while. I’ll be back once things settle, but for now I need some time to adjust to this new chapter.

With fuel prices these days, it’s not always easy to go far, right?
So why not keep it local this Easter? 🤍
This Sunday(5th April), I’ll be at Empire Market and Babara prepared a little Easter surprise so come by and enjoy some egg hunting 🐣✨

Also, I’ve signed up for the Rosetown Monthly Fair on the 26th(Anzac day), but my schedule is still a bit up in the air, so I haven’t fully confirmed yet — I’ll keep you posted once it’s final!

I visited an open studio in Kirikiriroa hosted by DINZ ()today.
I met new people, listened to real stories from those working in the field, and found myself quietly imagining a future where I’m sharing my passion alongside them.
It wasn’t specifically about jewellery, but it reminded me how important it is to be surrounded by people who inspire you and share the same energy. It gently lifted my mood and gave me the strength to move forward again.
Even though it’s not directly about jewellery, I wanted to keep this moment as a personal record.
