Since the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) first entered into force over two years ago, the apparel, footwear, and textiles category has racked up the second highest number of CBP examinations. And with legal fees reaching up to $60K USD for a single shipment, it pays to be prepared.
