Catnap needs your help to make it through the next two weeks 🥺

Running Catnap is financially difficult at the best of times, but a ringworm outbreak has now forced us to close for at least two weeks and with our income already down this year due to the cost of living crisis, we just can’t cover the cost of being closed on our own. Ringworm is a generally harmless, but contagious and hardy, fungal infection. We have a lot of procedures in place to avoid things like this happening but unfortunately there are always risks when dealing with animals and it snuck in undetected with some new arrivals 😿 Because we have had to isolate several of our cats for treatment, and have a huge amount of cleaning to do, we just can’t realistically be open at the moment. Rest assured, the affected cats are all receiving treatment and doing well! 💊🧴

If you can donate to help us make it through the next few weeks it would mean the world to us, our staff, our regulars, and of course all the cats. If you can’t donate, sharing to your friends and family helps too! Every donation or share will help us keep Catnap open so we can continue our mission to help rescue cats find homes! ❤️
