Elemental Jewellery is an Auckland based studio, where designer Rosie Carson creates unique, contemporary jewellery designs. Materials used include gemstones, brass and precious metals. Rosie’s aim is to create pieces that have a unique simplicity, are beautiful and wearable, and yet are still affordable.

'Messenger' a special piece created for the Workshop6 Matariki exhibition.

The tail feathers of a piwakawaka, (fantail) made from Rarotongan mother of pearl and oxidized sterling silver.

The symbolism of the piwakawaka as a spiritual messenger seemed apt when reflecting on the meaning of the Pohutukawa star of the Matariki constellation - connecting to those who have passed away.

Packing up some special pieces for the upcoming NSRC (North Shore Rockhounds Club) Gem Show.

As well as all the beautiful pieces for sale, they have show cases of specimens found on field trips and what can be made from them.
