Nowadays, these chain mail shirts are a rarity in most wardrobes. There is, however, a growing number of modern chain maillers who make jewellery or other decorative items. The Queen Ring strives to serve you and other modern maillers and crafters with a selection of rings, tools and books. Dear followers.

We occasionally get questions in the mail, so we wanted to address some in a slightly more public manner. Not much has changed, but we wanted to highlight the few positive things we can.

We are still here, the web-shop is still up and what you see available is actually available. We sadly still can't get a lot of the products we would like, but the things you can currently get with us are: (soft) stainless steel rings, good quality clasps and a little bit of black rubber.

We are holding on to an ember of hope that the future might be more prosperous, time will tell.

The Queen Ring is having a break directly after Castlefest! From Tuesday 31-07 until Thursday 08-08, that means orders are not getting send out and you cannot visit the shop. Any and all orders made during that time will be send out on Friday 09-08.

This Thursday: TQR 4.0

We've been online for quite a while now. Our first homemade HTML site went live around 2005. In 2007 we had our first proper webshop, using ZenCart, and in 2017 we switched to a new PrestaShop site.

Time moves on, and so do we. Our new site, built on Shopify, is on track to launch next Thursday!

While keeping it easy to navigate, we once more tried to make this new site an improvement on the previous one, with a better search function and filters, more payment options, a blog for useful information, and soon a wishlist function as well. If you run into any trouble, please let us know right away!
