Creating wearable jewelry by using genuine and authentic material is my objective and this reflects in my designs. My inspiration for a design starts usually with stones and I'm always looking for special and unique ones. It's fun and exciting for me to play with different shapes and colors to create a balance, symmetry is not important to me. In my studio every piece is handmade by me and when it

's not one of a kind, it is made in limited editions. Plezier in het maken van draagbare sieraden staat voorop en het zijn sieraden van echte en eerlijke materialen, edel of onedel. Het verwerken van edelstenen in sieraden vormt mijn grootste inspiratie. Ik vind het altijd weer een eer als ik speciaal voor iemand iets mag maken en doe er alles aan om het in mij gestelde vertrouwen te vertalen naar een uniek en persoonlijk sieraad. Ik werk daarom vaak en graag in opdracht en vind het altijd weer een uitdaging en spannend om alle wensen te vertalen in een mooi sieraad op maat. Mijn sieraden zijn voornamelijk unica of in een kleine oplage gemaakt.

I finished this commission and this sweet pair are on their way to Australia to their forever home. I’m so grateful for the patience of my dearest customer! You see Rose Quartz, Aquamarine, Amethist, gemmy Rhodochrosite, blue Topaz and black Onyx. She chose the stones and I made the design around them: a feast of colors to please the eyes!

New in my shop: A mix of Smoky Quartz and Citrine in a sterling silver ring. I placed an antique engraved mother-of-pearl plate under the transparent stone to give the stone more depth.
