The heatwave finally broke here in the Netherlands, and I’m so grateful for the fresh air! The past few days were rough—the air was completely still, and concentration was practically impossible at the beading table. 🫠

Because my brain was melting, I kept making mistakes with my usual patterns. Out of frustration, I decided to take a break from the big order, clear my desk, and just play around. ☺️

That’s how this brand new, simple bracelet design was born. Sometimes a little heatwave-distraction is exactly what creativity needs!

Sunday well spent... beading! 🧵💪

While many are enjoying the last sunbeams of the weekend, my workshop is buzzing with energy. This massive order for Transylvania is coming to life piece by piece. I love the rhythm of the beading and the colors coming together.

It's hard work, but seeing the collection almost ready for its journey makes it all worth it.

Something special is traveling to Transylvania! 🌍

I’ve been quiet for a few days because my workshop is full of these Matyó-inspired beauties. I’m so honored that a souvenir shop in Târgu Mureș (Marosvásárhely) chose my handmade pieces to represent this beautiful tradition.

It took some time to perfect this new design, but seeing them all lined up makes every hour of work worth it. Hand-beaded, bead by bead.

One heart, two celebrations. ❤️🌷

In Hungary, we celebrate Mother’s Day on the first Sunday of May, but here in the Netherlands, today is the official day to honor all the amazing moms!

Living between two cultures means I get to celebrate the most important women in my life twice—and I honestly think they deserve it. This "heart within a heart" design was inspired by that unbreakable bond that knows no distance.

I found a photo today, and the story behind it still makes me a little emotional. ❤️

A girl living abroad asked me to create these special hearts for her and her mom. One is white with a red heart, and the other is red with a white heart. It’s like giving a piece of your heart to the person you love most, so you are always together, even from far away.

I made these with so much love, and knowing they brought joy to a mother makes my heart full. Every piece I bead has a story, but this one is truly special to me.
