Fashion no longer tells you exactly who we are.

We live in a global village where cultures meet, blend and influence one another.

Today, you can see a Hausa man proudly wearing Yoruba attire, an Igbo man rocking an Agbada, or a Yoruba man embracing styles from another culture.

And honestly, there is beauty in that.

Our clothes may carry the history of where we come from, but they no longer have to define where we belong.

Culture is being shared. Fashion is evolving. Identities are becoming more fluid.

At the end of the day, beyond the tribe, beyond the language, beyond the clothes — we are Africans, connected by a beautiful and constantly evolving culture.

Sometimes, our customers invite us to their parties, events and special occasions, and honestly, we truly appreciate every invitation. ❤️

But sometimes, the nature of our work doesn’t give us the opportunity to attend. We may be in the middle of finishing customer orders, working against deadlines, or trying our best to make sure someone’s outfit is ready as promised.

Please don’t think we don’t value your invitation or your special moments. 🙏🏽 Sometimes, we are simply busy behind the scenes, trying to meet up with the responsibilities that come with the work we do.

So, to all our amazing customers, please be patient with your tailor. 😊 We are human too, and sometimes while trying to meet everyone’s expectations, we may not be able to show up everywhere we are invited.
