40th Inter-School Annual & 5th UniSZA Open Taekwon-Do Championship 2025 that was successfully held on 24β25 October 2025 at KTCC Mall, Kuala Terengganu. This yearβs championship brought together over 400 participants from across Terengganu, as well as from Perak, Kelantan, Pahang, and Johor. The atmosphere was lively, and even more special as it was the first time the event took place inside a shopping mall!
A big thank you to Persekutuan Taekwon-Do Terengganu (ITF) and UniSZA Taekwondo Club led by dedicated Event Manager, Madam Nasriah Najmi, for organising such a wonderful event, with the strong support of Jabatan Belia dan Sukan Negeri Terengganu .
We were truly honoured by the presence and encouragement of Grand Master Abdullah, President of Malaysian Taekwon-Do Federation (MTF)(ITF), and Master Haji Nizam Ashari, General Secretary of MTF (ITF) also EXCO members of Persekutuan Taekwon-Do Terengganu (ITF) β thank you for inspiring our young athletes!
To our dedicated instructors under the leadership of Sir Nasree Derr; Teacher Nasuha Najmi, Sir Najwan, Cikgu Sharifah, Teacher Yusoff, Teacher Anis and ever-supportive parents β thank you for your patience, energy, and encouragement throughout the long competition days.
And of course, well done to all 51 Najmi Taekwondo Academy (NTA) students who participated. Youβve made us proud for your success!.
