4. We will respond to your order in within 24 hours
5. You will receive order confirmation and payment instructi

6.We will notify customers on their items delivery and pick up status upon successful payment.

Order and Payment Policies:
1. Purchase can be made by private messaging (PM) us on our page or attach order details and email us at ([email protected]).
2.Provide us with all the required information mentioned above (Customer's Details information and and Order details Information) to assure the purchase and delivery of items can be process easily.
3. Payment method will be sent to customers through e-mail/facebook PM.
4. Customers are required to do payment within 24 hours to secure order placement. Purchase is strictly on a first come first serve basis.
5. All of our products are seasonal. No re-stock or re-order request.
6. In any case of faulty items received, you may email or PM us and attached picture of the defect item. Our staff will check on the faulty item condition. Shall the defect was caused by the supplying factory, we will exchange you with a new one. Exchange procedures may take up to 2 weeks.
