今天教练团参与了由 Sahyun Oleg Solovey 与 Sabum Katya Solovey 主讲的 Free Sparring Workshop，收获满满🔥
通过这次课程，我们学习到了更多实战思维、节奏变化以及比赛细节上的提升。
不断学习、不断进步，只为了把更好的训练与知识带给学生们。🥋

Today our coaching team attended the Free Sparring Workshop conducted by Sahyun Oleg Solovey & Sabum Katya Solovey, and gained a lot from the experience 🔥
Through this course, we learned more about fighting strategies, rhythm control, and competition details.
We continue to learn and improve so we can bring better training and knowledge to our students. 🥋
