Damaged click spring on a 24 hour wheel or a GMT wheel. Every now and then, there will be issue on this wheel that cannot function accordingly.
Common mistake made by owner is, they tend to turn the crown in fast clicking manner to get the date set for those mechanism with 24 hour wheel or a GMT wheel.
Step by step clicking is suggested, this is to lower the risk of breaking the tiny click spring inside the wheel.
