Encounter another overly lubricated watch. No doubt, all mechanical movement needs to be lubricated, but overly lubricated does nothing good to the watch. It only makes the engagement wheels not working smoothly due to stickiness.

This issue may cause bad performance on the power reserve & rough winding motion. If this issue did not rectify on time, it may damaged not only the mainspring but the whole barrel wall will be affected.
