Vacancy: Sales Assistant – Jewellery Boutique (Full-Time)
Job Description:
Timeless Treasures Ltd. is seeking a polished and motivated Sales Assistant to join our luxury jewellery boutique team. We offer a curated selection of timeless pieces, combining elegance and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine jewellery, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Essential Duties:
Greet customers with warmth and professionalism
Assist clients in selecting jewellery pieces, providing product details and styling suggestions
Handle sales transactions through the POS system with accuracy and discretion
Ensure the boutique is always presented to a high standard, with clean displays and well-organized stock
Replenish items and assist in visual merchandising of jewellery collections
Support stock management, including receiving and recording new arrivals
Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and ensure client satisfaction
Develop strong product knowledge and stay informed about new collections and trends
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail, preferably in jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods
Strong communication skills in English
Computer literacy and ability to operate POS systems
Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
