Honouring 48 Years with Blessings & Gratitude 🙏✨

As JF&I Packaging celebrates its 48th Anniversary, our annual Pirith Ceremony was held across 15th and 16th August 2026 at our Koswatta Factory premises.

With the participation and support of our Top Management and JF&I staff, the ceremony became a truly meaningful occasion, made special through the collective efforts and togetherness of our entire JF&I family.

The occasion was filled with blessings, gratitude, reflection, and togetherness as we celebrated 48 years of growth, dedication, and the people and values that have shaped our journey.

Together, we continue to grow, strengthen our bond, and look forward to the journey ahead.

LEAP Batch 1 – 2026 | Inauguration Ceremony

A new journey of JF & I leadership has officially begun!

We are delighted to mark the inauguration of LEAP – Leadership Excellence Achievement Program, Batch 1 – 2026, an exciting initiative designed to identify, develop, and empower our emerging leaders.

The inauguration ceremony was a wonderful opportunity to bring together our selected participants, mentors, and leadership team as we begin this journey of learning, growth, leadership, and transformation.
