The word “PADMARAJA” has been derived from the Sinhalese word Padma-Raga (Padma-lotu
s; Raga-color) aka King Sapphire. “Raja” is a synonym for the ‘king’ in Hindi with Sanskrit roots and it goes to the international gemstones vocabulary as Padparadscha. So that we are able to guarantee the source, origin and treatments of every stone we sell.
