PLEASE NOTE THAT The Terms are subject to change by Abharana Jewelry in its sole discretion at any time. When changes are made, Abharana Jewelry will make a new updated copy. We will also update the 'Last Updated' date at the top of the terms. Abharana Jewelry PROPERTIES are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis UNLESS prior agreement/payment in part/full is accepte
d with discretion from Abharana Jewelry. Abharana Jewelry as a Private Limited Company reserves its rights with sole discretion in regard to disclosing the identity of the shareholder(s) and director(s) and therefore will only consider doing so in limited instances with - deemed Role Models, collaborating actors/actresses, suppliers, licensors, and brand ambassadors. Although it is unlikely that Abharana Jewelry would refuse to accept an order. Abharana Jewelry reserves the rights to deny any order for any reasons and delay/refrain from delivering a “Cash Payment” delivery. While Abharana Jewelry strives to deliver your order within five (5) days of confirmation, all deliveries are fulfilled by independent third-party courier companies. You acknowledge that courier schedules, public holidays, extreme weather, inspections or other unforeseeable courier related inefficiencies may occasionally delay delivery beyond our estimated timeframe. Abharana Jewelry is not responsible for such delays, but we will always use reasonable efforts to help you track and expedite your package. You agree that submission of any ideas, suggestions, recommendations, and/or proposals to Abharana Jewelry (“Feedback”) is at your own risk and that Abharana Jewelry has no obligations (including without limitation obligations of confidentiality) with respect to such Feedback. Subject to any applicable settings that you select, with influencer collaborations, reviews, and pictures you send us, you grant Abharana Jewelry a fully paid, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive and fully sublicensable right (including any moral rights) and license to use, license, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform, and publicly display, Your Content (in whole or in part) for the purposes of operating and providing Abharana Jewelry Properties to you and to our other users. Under the Consumer Affairs Authority Act, No. 09 of 2003 (Sri Lanka) there is no statutory “cooling-off” period for e-commerce purchases of non-defective goods, and sellers are not obliged to grant refunds, cancellations, or exchanges when a customer simply changes their mind or dissatisfaction of original purchase. Accordingly, Abharana Jewelry does not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations for change-of-mind or for purchases made without first reviewing the detailed product information we provide (photos, dimensions, plating notes, etc.). Matters that were apparent—or could reasonably have been clarified—prior to placing the order are ineligible for after-sale claims. Although the law does not require us to offer exchanges, we may, purely as a gesture of goodwill and subject to our sole discretion, permit an exchange. Such exchanges will incur a non-refundable fee of Rs 1,800 per item and can be limited to the narrow circumstances allowed under the Act (e.g., genuine manufacturing defects); we reserve the right to decline any request that falls outside these parameters. The warranty provided by Abharana Jewelry is limited exclusively to plating issues; no other physical defects, breakage in the span of the warranty period or damages are covered. Abharana Jewelry strives to deliver your order within five (5) days of confirmation. Because online shipping times can occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, this timeframe should be viewed as an estimate rather than a guarantee. If your order is time-sensitive and you need absolute certainty on delivery, you may find a physical retail purchase more suitable. While we strive for accuracy, product colours, plating tones, weights, and dimensions may vary slightly due to photography lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing tolerances (± 10%). These variations do not constitute defects. Refunds are not offered under any circumstances. Returns are not accepted unless (i) expressly authorised at our sole discretion or (ii) processed under our Exchange Policy. Unauthorised returns will be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense. A confirmed Cash on Delivery order constitutes a binding contract under Sri Lanka’s Sale of Goods Ordinance No. 11 of 1896 and the Electronic Transactions Act No. 19 of 2006. Should you cancel or refuse the parcel after dispatch, Abharana Jewelry will absorb the courier, repacking, restocking, and return costs. In keeping with our brand ethos of customer goodwill, we will not seek reimbursement; however, as a preventive measure we will permanently ban the associated Facebook account (and any linked credentials) from viewing our Page or placing future orders. This remedial action protects our business from further damages and speculative or fraudulent activity and is without prejudice to any other remedies available to Abharana Jewelry. All trademarks, logos, product photographs, text, designs, and other materials on Abharana Jewelry Properties are our exclusive property or are used with permission. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, downloaded, or exploited for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Linking, scraping, or framing techniques that enclose our brand assets are prohibited. Only place an order if you agree to all provisions above. Your continued use of Abharana Jewelry Properties after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
