සුපුරුදු පරිදි පිටුව හරහා ඇනවුම් ලබා ගැනුනත්, කිසිදු බෙදා හැරීමේ කටයුත්තක් නැවත දැනුම් දෙන තුරු සිදු නොවේ....
එම නිසා හදිසි ඇනවුම් කිසිවක් බාර ගනු නොලැබේ...

මෙම උද්ගතව ඇති තත්වය හමුවේ, ආදාළ බලධාරීන්ගේ උපදෙස් සහ අවවාද වලට අනුකූලව සිටීම ඉතාම වැදගත් වන අතර එයින් මෙම තත්වය පාලනය වේ යැයි අපි විශ්වාස කරන්නෙමු.....
