11월 BRE(영국건축연구소) 주최 workshop & test에 참석하였던 고정림 부사장과 엔지1본부 김영기박사가 국내에서는 최초로 지난 23일(수)에 BREEAM International In-Use Assessor(그린 리모델링 평가사)를 취득하였다.
현재 당사는 한국인으로 몇 안되는 BREEAM International NC Assessor(김영기 박사), BREEAM International NC AP(박성훈 차장, 조정현 대리)를 보유하고 있으며,
국내 최초이자 유일의 BREEAM International NC 및 In-Use 서비스 프로바이더로 BRE Global에 정식 등록되어 있다.
EAN테크놀로지는 이미 BREEAM 및 GSAS(중동지역)컨설팅을 개시하였으나 이로써 신축부터 기존건물 리모델링에 이르기까지 개인자격과 기업자격을 모두 갖추고 유럽 친환경가이드와 코드를 기반으로 하는 수준높은 글로벌 컨설팅도 가능하도록 또한번 발돋움 하였다.
뿐만 아니라 이미 국내에서도 그린 리모델링 사업에 대해 국책과제 및 기업연구를 통한 논문발표와 컨설팅에 박차를 가하고 있다.
*BREEAM 인증의 주요 방향은 건물의 생애주기가 환경에 미치는 영향이 적은 건물, 건축물의 계획, 설계, 시공 및 운영을 통합한 최상의 친환경적 실천, 기존 친환경 건축 기준을 강화하면서 비용효율적인 성능 평가를 통한 신뢰 할 수 있는 친환경 건축물 인증 시장 확대,
그리고 지속 가능한 건물과 건물관련 제품, 그 공급망에 대한 수요와 가치 증대에 있다.
On November, Vice President Jeong-Lim Jane Ko and PhD. Young Ki Kim from Sustainable Engineering 1 Division attended workshop and
exam organized by BRE(Building Research Establishment) and on November 23rd (Wed) they achieved BREEAM International In-Use Assessor (Green
Remodeling Assessor) for the first time in South Korea.
Currently, there are only few Koreans with BREEAM International NC Assessors and AP and our company currently have one BREEAM International NC Assessor (PhD. Young Ki Kim) and two BREEAM International NC APs (Team Leader Sung-Hoon Park, Manager Chong-Hyun Cho). Also, we are the first and only company in South Korea which is officially registered with BRE Global as BREEAM International NC and In-Use service provider.
EAN Technology has already been providing green building certification services for LEED, BREEAM and GSAS (for MENA countries) but we are now able to provide advanced level of global consulting based on Europe’s sustainable standards and code with our credential as Assessor and Service Provider to provide consulting services from new construction to remodeling.
Moreover, EAN is continuing to expand the boundaries of sustainability national projects and corporate R&D with research paper publications and consulting in Korea.
