លិខិតថ្កោលទោស
ក្នុងនាមជាពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរម្នាក់ ខ្ញុំសូមថ្កោលទោសយ៉ាងខ្លាំង និងដោយផ្ទាល់ ចំពោះសកម្មភាពបំផ្លាញ និងបាញ់ផ្លោងរបស់ប្រទេសថៃលើប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ ដែលជាមរតកដ៏បរិសុទ្ធនៃជាតិខ្មែរ និងជាបេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោកក្រោមការការពាររបស់អង្គការយូណេស្កូ។
កងទ័ពថៃបានវាយប្រហារ និងបង្កការខូចខាតដល់សំណង់ប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលការវាយប្រហារតាមព្រំដែន ដើម្បីឈ្លានពានបូរណភាពដែនដីកម្ពុជា ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី ២៤ ដល់ ២៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៥ ហើយម្តងទៀតនៅថ្ងៃទី ៨ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ ២០២៥ ក្នុងចន្លោះម៉ោងប្រហែល ០៥:០០ ដល់ ០៧:០០ ព្រឹក (ម៉ោង UTC+7)។ សកម្មភាពទាំងនេះជាការវាយប្រហារដោយចេតនាលើមរតកវប្បធម៌ និងអធិបតេយ្យភាពរបស់ព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។
ប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ មិនមែនជាគោលដៅយោធាទេតែប្រាសាទនេះជា និមិត្តសញ្ញានៃសាសនា និងវប្បធម៌ដែលមានអាយុកាលរាប់សតវត្សរ៍ នៃប្រជាជនខ្មែរ និងរបស់មនុស្សជាតិទាំងមូលទូទាំងសាកលលោក។ សកម្មភាពរបស់ប្រទេសថៃ គឺជាការរំលោភយ៉ាងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរលើច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ អនុសញ្ញាការពារមរតកវប្បធម៌ និងទំនួលខុសត្រូវខាងសីលធម៌។
ខ្ញុំសូមថ្កោលទោសសកម្មភាពទាំងនេះ ហើយអំពាវនាវឲ្យមានការទទួលខុសត្រូវទាំងស្រុង ចំពោះការខូចខាតដែលបានបង្កឡើងចំពោះប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ។

ប្រសិនបើបងប្អូនជាជនជាតិខ្មែរ សូម copy និង paste សេចក្តីថ្កោលទោសនេះ ដើម្បីរួមគ្នាតវ៉ា និងប្រឆាំងនឹងសកម្មភាពអាក្រក់ព្រៃផ្សៃរបស់ប្រទេសថៃ មកលើកម្ពុជា ដ៏កំសត់របស់យើង។
As a Cambodian citizen, I strongly and personally condemn Thailand’s acts of destruction and shelling against the Preah Vihear Temple, a sacred heritage of the Khmer nation and a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Thai military forces attacked and caused damage to the Preah Vihear Temple complex during border assaults aimed at violating Cambodia’s territorial integrity, from 24 to 28 July 2025, and again on 8 December 2025 between approximately 05:00 and 07:00 (UTC+7). These actions constitute a deliberate attack on the cultural heritage and sovereignty of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Preah Vihear Temple is not a military target. Rather, it is a centuries-old religious and cultural symbol of the Khmer people and of all humanity worldwide. Thailand’s actions represent a serious violation of international law, conventions on the protection of cultural heritage, and moral responsibility.
I condemn these acts and call for full accountability for the damage inflicted upon Preah Vihear Temple.
