Hi friends! We're hosting a bone workshop this Sunday afternoon and have 2 spots open. If you're in Nairobi and have been wanting to visit us and work 1-on-1 with a bone craft artisan, here's your chance! DM us for details. 😊

Over the weekend, we hosted Iveoma Okparaeke, a Nigerian blogger at our workshop. She loved learning about bone craft in Kenya and made her very own bottle opener and earrings (with a bit of help 😉). She also shot a video about the process and interviewed us about slum tourism in Kibera. Can't wait to share the final video with you all.

DM us to book a DIY bone craft workshop in Nairobi. We love hosting visitors and groups!

Friends in Nairobi: If you're interested in learning more about the history of bone craft in Kenya and making your own crafts or jewelry, you'll love this.

We are Kenya's oldest bone craft collective and we've just started to offer workshops. Join us in Kibera and one of our artisans will teach you how to make your very own bone crafts. No experience required. Tag a friend below who you'd want to do this with!

Friends, there is only 3 days left for our online fundraiser and we are so close to reaching our goal. Please share and donate if you can. It means so much to us to have all your support.

Friends, Thank you so much to everyone who has donated to our campaign!

We're happy to share with you that we have rebuilt the workshop. The main thing left before we can start working in it again is the connection to the national electric grid. There's also a few minor things needed including 3 doors, materials to build the little shop area and funds for insurance.

We're leaving this fundraiser open for only **5 more days!** Our dream is to raise another $1000 so we can have a healthy start as we rebuild our business and livelihoods.

Please share this campaign. We're in the final stretch! The donation link is in the comments.

Asante sana rafiki!

Hi friends! We want to share some photos from our reconstruction. The workshop is coming along well as you can see. We're building a 2-storey structure which will help with the airflow situation and make it easier for our artisans to do their work.

Thank you for all your support in sharing our campaign and donating. We can't wait to complete the construction - please donate if you can to help us get there sooner!

Friends, we are so sad to announce that a small house fire in Kibera spread to our workshop and completely burned it down. We lost all our materials, our machines have been damaged and we are out of work. This is a huge loss for us and our families. Thankfully no one was hurt. We are in good spirits and are hopeful that we can rebuild our workshop.

We're raising funds to buy new machines and rebuild our work space. If you are able to support us, it would make such a difference. Every dollar and shilling counts!

Here's the link to our online fundraiser. Those in Kenya can donate on M-PESA to 0720347557 (George Otieno).

Thank you so much. ❤️ 🔧
