Sometimes the most beautiful designs begin with uncertainty

This one of a kind pendant was created, using reticulation, a silversmithing technique in which carefully controlled heat gently melts the surface of silver, creating textures that can never be repeated.

Rather than trying to control every detail, I allowed the silver to reveal its own character.

The result is an organic form with a soft shimmering surface, finished with three freshwater pearls that add a gentle sense of movement.

Every Lunica piece is one of a kind, handmade in my small studio near Tokyo.

A little update from my studio.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been creating quietly, one piece at a time.

Somehow handcrafted in Sterling silver. combine carefully selected materials with modern forms.

All of them are made with the same intention – to create jury that feels balanced, timeless, and a little different.

As always, every Luca design is one of a kind. Once a piece finds its new owner, I usually move onto the next idea rather than making another.

It’s that excitement of creating something I’ve never made before that keeps me inspired.

A new pair has found its way into the collection
These earrings began as a flat sheet of silver, carefully cut by hand and gently curved to create depth and movement. I paired the sculptural silver form with freshwater pearls, bringing together strength and softness in a single design. One of those pieces that feel special the moment you put it on.
