La microfusione, o fusione a cera persa, è la tecnica che consente la produzione in serie mantenendo un alto livello di precisione.
Il processo parte dalla realizzazione dei modelli in cera, che vengono successivamente fusi in metallo e rifiniti per ottenere gli stampi in gomma. Da questi stampi si ricavano poi le cere destinate alla produzione, che vengono applicate manualmente e con precisione all’alberino, per essere infine fuse nel metallo richiesto.
Il risultato è una produzione ripetibile, con dettagli definiti e superfici omogenee. È la soluzione ideale quando il design è definitivo e l’obiettivo è ottimizzare la produzione su larga scala.
