Ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes in a sailmaking loft?

Let’s just say no two sails are alike, and no two days are the same!

Producing a downwind sail is a completely different process from making an upwind sail. Different materials, different sizes, and techniques. But one thing remains the same, the attention to details.

From the first cut to the final stitch, every step reflects the dedication and skill of the hands that bring our sails to life.

This time, we take you inside the OneSails Center-South loft in Lecce, where our sailmakers were putting the finishing touches on a 4T FORTE sail for the Mylius 65 Why Not, while also cutting and stitching a gennaker.

POV shots onboard Niente Male in action: from a gennaker gybe to a sail change in preparation for rounding the mark.

The First 40 is a regular competitor on the Neapolitan racing circuit. The crew recently claimed victory at the Vela Cup in Procida, racing with a full OneSails sail setup. Congrats team!

Also onboard is our nylon Downwind Staysail featuring our IFS™ (Integrated Furling Structure) technology.

A little look back at the 2026 Rolex Swan Cup in Sardinia 🇮🇹 and a fantastic result for Cygnet!

The Swan 44, owned by Paul Lewis, took victory in CF1 and finished 2nd overall in the Classic Frers category, powered by a full suit of OneSails and with our very own Will Oldroyd racing onboard.

Cygnet has been sailing with OneSails for many years, with Will joining the crew for the past three seasons. It’s been great to see the boat going from strength to strength and the team’s hard work paying off.

Congratulations again to Paul and everyone onboard!

Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez officiel. Without a doubt, one of the most stunning dates on the sailing calendar.

We can never get enough of the elegance, energy and spectacle of these incredible yachts racing in Saint-Tropez.

A special mention this year goes to Blue Oyster, taking 1st place in MA4, and to Why Not, who finished level on points with the winner in MA2, securing 2nd place only after the final race.

Big kudos as well to Inco and Geist, finishing 4th and 6th respectively in MA2.

And, of course, congratulations to all the many OneSails boats that took part in this year’s event. Proud to see so many of our sails out on the water.
