- Full refund or exchange for any MAJOR defect or mistaken orders from our part. The returned products should be in the original packing, must not be used or altered in any way. The cost of returning the product will be borne by the buyer. Customization is a difficult process even in a personal visit to a custom tailor where there may be more than one visit to get to the desired fit. Customization for online can only be approximate. It cannot be like made to fit. Customers have to be aware of this when they make the order. Under no circumstances would there be a refund for a customized products. This is standard practice even for major online customers. If it is a GROSS mistake we may offer an amount for our customers to perform local alterations or have the customer send them back to us for us to make the changes and we will send them back to you and we pay the shipping cost.
