7 years of experience doing exhibition stalls… and still, sometimes sales get affected because of low crowd turnout.

Things to keep in mind before booking a stall:

1. Avoid high-priced stalls in the beginning.
As a beginner, you’re still understanding how customers respond to your products and which audience fits your brand.
2. Start with budget-friendly stalls.
Smaller investments help you gain experience, understand customer behavior, and build brand value without too much pressure.
3. Stall booking amounts are usually non-refundable.
Even though organizers are responsible for crowd management and promotions, most won’t refund or reduce charges if the footfall is low.
4. Always do background research before booking.
Talk to at least 4–5 brands who participated in their previous events. Ask about crowd walk-ins, management, arrangements, and their overall experience.
5. Go with the mindset of learning, not just earning.
Every exhibition teaches something valuable. In the long run, these experiences help you handle unexpected situations better.
6. Check how many similar brands are participating.
Too many stalls selling the same category of products can directly impact your sales and customer attention.
