- Sales Executive & Senior Sales Associate PAMT Gold & Diamonds | Guwahati, Assam

About the Role We're expanding our showroom team and looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join us as Sales Executives and Senior Sales Associates.

Job Description
Sales Executive
• Welcome and assist walk-in customers across our gold, diamond & silver collections
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery pieces
• Explain pricing, making charges, and purchase schemes to customers
• Educate customers on hallmarking and product authenticity
• Assist customers with old gold exchange enquiries
• Support day-to-day billing and sales documentation
• Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales
• Achieve individual and team sales targets

Senior Sales Associate
• Manage relationships with high-value and repeat customers
• Lead consultations for premium, bridal, and special-occasion jewellery
• Handle customer objections and price-related queries confidently and professionally
• Guide customers through gold rate booking and advance/order processes
• Mentor and guide junior sales team members on the floor
• Ensure smooth handling of jewellery display, billing, and customer service standards
• Drive conversions and maintain strong client follow-up
• Represent the brand's service standards, especially during festive and peak seasons

Requirements (Both Roles)
• Good communication skills in Assamese, Hindi & English
• Prior experience in retail/sales preferred (required for Senior Sales Associate)
• Pleasant, customer-first attitude
• Willingness to work on a rotational weekly-off schedule
• Basic understanding of jewellery products is a plus; training will be provided
