Rules, Regulations and Conditions::

1. Product will despatch serially,Pls keep Patience if you booked any product.OPENING VIDEO IS MUST.
2. No exchange, no return, no design changes will be entertained once the product is booked and billing done.
3. If mistakenly the wrong product was sent or you got an intransit damage(WITH PROPER OPENING VIDEO, NO UNNECESSARY ARGUMENT

WILL BE ENTERTAINED) product, will exchange it with exactly the same product. You need to courier back the product to us, courier charges will be refunded during re despatch.
4. No money refund requests will be entertained,Once products are booked and sold.
5. Warranty on gold polish- 3 to 6 months for regular wear depending on the product , 1 year for party wear jewelries. Warranty duration will be calculated from purchase date.
6. Out of west Bengal 50% courier charges applicable. All over West Bengal shipping charges free. COD charge is extra that have to be paid earlier and this charge is non refundable.
7. We are not responsible for delay delivery or parcel return etc courier service providers internal related issues, it depends on the service any courier company provides on specific pin code area basis.
8.In case of online booking, screenshot of payment with exact transaction ID share is must to do. In case of by mistake double payment done for same booking, excess payments will be refunded within six business days after proper verification. Thank you for your cooperation
