Our first day in 📍Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam and the first meal was at Phó Minh, a completely hidden spot that serves Phó that’s incredibly delicious. 🤤

It was a 19 min walk from our hotel and a Breakfast Only place so we decided to just give it a try.
We tried both The Brisket Beef Phó and Rare Beef version (The OG version) and loved the latter!

This place was started in 1940s by the grandfather of the current owner and has been a popular local food place.

They also are in the Michelin Gourmand list for past many years.
Must visit if in Saigon 😉

Last evening at Far & East was special. A dinner that lasted four hours 🫣 thanks to the brilliant food and the company 😉
First things first the restaurant has introduced a limited time PEKING DUCK special menu called “THE LEGACY OF THE PEKING DUCK”
It’s all about the duck Roast complete with the glistening crackling skin! The epitome of Asian flavors I say!
Chef Wong ‘s specialty indeed!
Highlights from last evening were def the

Also try the Glass noodles with shredded roast duck !
The cocktails 🍸 are on point too!
