Hi All,

As per our discussion we are planning to announce role of team players as they are performing consistently .

Amit Kandra - ready to take responsibility as technical middle order batsman and spinner.

Mohit- hitter with class and consistent batsman but he should spend some more time on pitch , pace bouncer and clever bowling made him one of our best bowler.

Joyson- consistent performer from bat and bowl , good hitter in batting specially in leg side he scored 90% of runs in his carrier(Pollard) .
Chirstol- classical batsman consistent batsman capable to play long inning you can place him in any order .

Amit Kumar singh- A very good spin bowler .

Nikhil : played well ,but need some time we can not judge him by single match.

Ranjeet kumar: nice batsman , capable to hit good shots , but will take time to discribe about him.

OM- good out sw***er bowler , we thing only one out sw***er we have in team its a key point and left batsman we can place him in middle order so that we can use his class for team .

Amit Kandra as per captaincy he has performed well till date 50% match winning record which is not bad but we had never won the second match in a single day in his captaincy it doesn't sound good , we need some improvement from your side.

OM singh our vice captain and played good role in apsence of our captain we are focussing to give him chance for captaincy in upcomming matches .

NOTE :Due to shortage of database some players are missing here please don't mind

Now we will also Analysis the performance of player's , it will be helpful for us to find out the talent.
we will start focusing on the team strength as we are planning to start matches with professionals.

waoww Really great performance by all boys today
Mohit- awesome bowling spell band opposition . nice batting in second match also.
OM -good bowling spell against mohit.it was really enjoying to beat mohit.
Prashant - good come back and record one ball six victory. and second match performance was fabulous.
keep it up guys will rock next saturday again.
