When Cathriona walked into our studio, she carried more than just a request — she carried heartbreak. Her engagement ring, a symbol of love and memories, had been lost. You could feel how much it meant to her in every detail she shared.

She sat with us and carefully described her ring — the shape, the sparkle, the way it felt on her hand. We listened closely, asking questions, piecing together every small memory to rebuild something truly irreplaceable.

Taking on this challenge meant more than craftsmanship — it meant trust.

From scratch, we recreated her ring with precision and care, bringing it back to life with a stunning 2.64ct VVS2 D-colour diamond, set in rich 18k yellow gold. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to reflect not just the original ring, but the emotion behind it.

The moment she saw it again… was unforgettable. What was once lost was found again — not the same ring, but the same love, reborn.

Grannie sat across from me, holding her late sister Kate’s earrings in her hands. She didn’t see diamonds… she saw memories. Laughter. Secrets shared. A lifetime of sisterly love.

“She always wanted these diamonds to become something special,” she told me softly. “Something that would live on.”

So we placed a 2ct oval blue diamond at the heart — deep and endless, like their bond. Around it, we set Kate’s diamonds into a platinum trellis, the strands gently weaving together… just like two sisters who were never truly apart.

Now this ring isn’t just an engagement ring.

My daughter and I created this handmade 18k yellow gold snake-style coil ring for Terri, side by side, pouring love, intention, and meaning into every curve. A pear-shaped diamond forms the head, a marquise diamond the tail, symbolizing continuity, protection, and the bond we share.
