The triskele is an ancient symbol found in some of the oldest artwork in Ireland.
The tri-spiral motif is one of the most recognisable carvings found at Newgrange - a Stone Age monument in Ireland’s Ancient East, and one of the most important prehistoric sites in Ireland, constructed around 3,200 B.C.!

It's national cinema weekend, and we're here to help you celebrate the art of storytelling in style with our comedy/tragedy brooch - a depiction of one of the most iconic symbols of the theatre.
The two masks represent the muse of tragedy, Melpomene and the muse of comedy, Thalia - both daughters of Zeus. The symbolism encompasses many of the emotions featured in a play or film.
This brooch is made in sterling silver and is available on our website today!

There is something magical about these Síoraí earrings and how they echo the fluid form of water with their soft curves and subtle shine. The design is influenced by the craft of silversmithing, twisting metal shapes with hammers and stakes and handmade in Kilkenny City by our master gold and silversmiths.

Just outside our workshop is the fabulous Butler House and Gardens where there is a scenic pond with an abundance of waterlilies. This ring is from a collection inspired by this enchanted scene.
The ring is made with a silver band and has a forest green tourmaline set in the centre of a stylised 18ct gold lily pad.

What makes peridot green?
The iron content within peridot is what gives this wonderful gemstone it's signature colour. The amount of iron and the way it interacts with the structure of the gemstone gives peridot a range of shades from a paler yellow-green to a vibrant green.
