Michelle graduated from NCAD in 2016 with a BDes (Hons) in Jewellery and Metalwork. During this time she was awarded Newbridge Designer of the Year in 2015. Three pieces are featured as part of their Ariel collection and are sold online as well as in stores nationwide. Michelle also attended BCFE. re Arts 2010-2013. While attending BCFE Michelle got her own stand at the National Craft and Design Fair in the RDS, 2011. Michelle participated in the entrepreneurial programme organised by NFTE and Foroige. Creating “eco-friendly” jewellery and was award Global Entrepreneur of the Year in 2009, representing Ireland in New York City’s, Dare to Dream gala. Michelle has been featured in the Irish Independent, the Irish Times, guest speaker on RTE Radio One “The Business” programme 2009 and was also showcased on the Irish national television programme The Late Late Show 2010. Michelle’s Degree Show collection called Acute Composition was showcased on RTE Six-One News and News2day in May, 2016.
