After spending yesterday in and out of consciousness, my mindset has changed today. I knew my FND episode had gone by the early hours of this morning, nearly 4am to be exact. I am like a warrior at times, I take a dive then I resurface stronger than ever. Today is a crash day for me, I don’t pencil anything in for Mondays as a rule, I keep this completely free so I can recover the energy I use on a Sunday in the market. I tend to sleep most of the time, I am giving myself a quite Pat on the back as I remembered to take my normal everyday medication 💊 which doesn’t usually happen I can tell you, my brain just doesn’t function right on crash days....
