Thank you to all who turned out for the parade in Cahir today.

We went out today, to show some moves, show our ability, but overall to have fun and that's what we had.

We would like to thank all our gymnasts first, for putting in all the hard work and for making today such a great success.

A huge thank you to the parents and our coaches... for all the hard work they put in. Well done to all who was behind the scenes putting the parade together, all the stewards - you all did a great job!

We are truly blessed to celebrate 10 years, attending the Cahir parade. Little did we know that those 10 years would go so fast.

I hope everyone had a great day and I hope you enjoyed our display 🤸

We are so excited to be taking part in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in our home town, Cahir on March 17th as we celebrate 10 years of Flip N’ Twist Gymnastics Club in the parade! 🤸‍♀️

It’s a huge milestone for our club and we’d love to see lots of support along the streets of Cahir on the day.

We are absolutely DELIGHTED to be celebrating 10 amazing years of Flip n Twist!

Gymnastics helps children build strength, flexibility, confidence, coordination — and most importantly, lifelong skills while having fun 🤸‍♀️✨

A huge THANK YOU to all our wonderful members and families for your continued support over the years. We truly couldn’t have done it without you 💙🤍

We are ready to welcome all our gymnasts for camp 🌟🌟

We are super excited to kick off our camp today. Flip n twist is a fun, recreational gymnastic club Co. Tipperary.

At flip n twist Gymnastics Club, we believe movement is for everyone. Our recreational program is built around fun, friendship, and developing agility in a supportive, pressure-free environment. We welcome children of all abilities — no tryouts, no scores, no judging.

Our classes focus on building coordination, balance, strength, and confidence through creative gymnastics activities.

Whether you’re mastering a cartwheel for the first time or just love to bounce, flip, and roll, you’ll find your place here.

At Flip n twist, it’s not about how well you do it — it’s about how much you enjoy it.
