Back to school season always reminds us just how much possibility can fit inside one little backpack. ♡

Since the beginning of Ananda Soul, 10% of our profits have helped support education for children here in Bali, from school fees and uniforms to books and supplies.

And the sweetest part? We get to watch their stories unfold. From first days of school to graduation, and now, for Ni Misi, stepping into her first chapter of working life. 🥹

🌕 PISCES FULL MOON ♓️

If this Full Moon could call you, this is what it would say:
Love, you don’t need to know how this is all going to work out.

You really don’t.

I know you want to know. I know there are things you want so badly that you keep trying to figure out how they’re going to happen, when they’re going to happen, what you should be doing differently.

But you’re confusing not knowing how with not knowing.

You do know some things.

You know what you love. You know what kind of life feels good to you.

You know what you want more of. You know what you can’t go back to.

That’s enough information for right now.

Maybe you’re not as lost as you think you are. Maybe you just can’t see that far ahead yet.

This Full Moon arrives in Pisces, a sign that reminds us that not everything meaningful can be planned, explained, or figured out ahead of time.

And I don’t know about you, but I find this both deeply comforting and incredibly difficult. 😅

There are things in my own life I would LOVE someone to just tell me:
Yes, it’s coming.
This is how it will happen.
This is when.
Here is exactly what you need to do next.

Wouldn’t that be nice? 😂
But life rarely works that way.
✨✨✨

Pisces is comfortable with mystery.
It knows there are times to make the plan, send the email, have the conversation, take the next step.
And there are other times when trying to solve the uncertainty becomes its own kind of suffering.

Pisces reminds us to leave space for our longing while still being here for the life we’re living now.

So here are a few questions I’m taking with me into this Full Moon:
🌕 Where am I demanding certainty before allowing myself to move forward?
🌕 What am I trying to manage, solve, or control that might need a little more space instead?
🌕 What is already here that I’ve been overlooking because I’m so focused on what hasn’t arrived yet?
🌕 What if I left a little room for life to surprise me?

You don’t need the whole map or to know how the story ends.

You only need enough trust to live the part that’s happening now. 🌕🤍

There’s something about stepping into someone else’s story that helps us experience courage, grief, hope, love, and all the messy parts of being human in a completely different way.

For me, it was sharing my poetry at an open mic a few weeks ago. I was shaking, my voice trembled.

Every part of me wanted to stay safely in my chair. And yet, when I finished reading, I knew this was a big deal, as I had finally stopped waiting for fear to disappear before doing the thing my heart had been asking of me for so long.
