A young man came to me with a very clear wish: an engagement ring for the woman he loves, but not something classic, expected or already seen.

He knew sapphire was her favourite stone. He also knew that this deep blue carries something special — calm, loyalty, clarity and the quiet strength of a feeling that does not need to explain itself too much.

This is how this white gold ring was created, with a sapphire at its centre and baguette diamonds surrounding it. Precise, clean, architectural and deeply personal.

It always means a lot to me when young people recognise the value of an author’s work and choose to create something unique for one of the most important moments in their lives.

Because an engagement ring does not have to be predictable.
It has to be theirs.

KAOS • OKO

On one side, a mirror holds the formless potential of Chaos. On the other, the eye marks the birth of order — a universe expanding from a single point of light.

At the centre of the perfect circle, a vivid amethyst radiates through a deep black field, while trembling sparks of colour spread towards the golden edge through enamel and resin. The composition evokes the Big Bang: the transformation of primordial Chaos into matter, energy, light and cosmic order.

This necklace was presented as part of my exhibition Genesis at the Klovićevi dvori Gallery in September 2023.

A new jewellery collection by Nenad Sovilj — provocative, unisex, futuristic and distinctly sculptural.

Crafted entirely in silver and enriched with amethyst, black onyx, lapis lazuli and tourmaline, **DADDY** explores jewellery as an object of desire, a symbol of power and an extension of the body.

The collection takes a long-standing erotic term, transformed by contemporary pop culture into a code of authority, attraction, protection, fantasy and irony, and translates it into Sovilj’s language of geometry, rhythm and sculptural form.

Sexuality is never illustrated literally. It emerges through proportion, tension, symbolism and the way each piece occupies the body.
