URWERK defies traditional watchmaking with the limited-edition SpaceTime Blade—an intergalactic time sculpture that transforms Earth’s celestial journey into visible, living time.
Limited to just 33 pieces worldwide, this monumental 1.70m-tall, 20kg timepiece is built from 1,446 precision components, redefining horology beyond classic dials and complications.
Inspired by ancient time-telling gnomons, it translates Earth’s 940-million-kilometer annual solar orbit into tangible time and cosmic distance readings. Crafted by elite European artisans, it features a rare lost-wax cast bronze base, hand-blown Nixie bulbs from the Czech Republic, with each bulb housing 88 bespoke components.
Emitting a hypnotic warm orange glow, its ultra-fluid display updates 500 times per second to capture hundredths of a second. Its iconic laser saber-style remote features 8 exclusive display modes:
* Indication of the hours, minutes and seconds
* Indication of the hours, minutes, seconds, 1/10ths and 1/100ths of a second
* Indication of the day, month and year
* Indication of the Earth’s daily rotation expressed in km (measured at the Equator - counter over a period of one day)
* Indication of the Earth’s revolution around the Sun expressed in km (counter covering a one-day period)
* Indication of the earth’s revolution around the Sun expressed in km (counter covering a one-year period)
* Screensaver display

Blending classic scientific instrument heritage with futuristic sci-fi design, the URWERK SpaceTime Blade is a bold fusion of technical mastery and artistic sculpture—proving time is never static, but endless cosmic motion.
