A refreshing apple drink topped with foam, just like a glass of beer.

Recipe
1.Make the milk foam
　Add a little sugar to heavy cream and whip it with a milk frother
　Tip: stop when it’s slightly thick and creamy, just before stiff peaks form
2.Fill a glass with plenty of ice
3.Pour in the apple juice
4.Gently layer the milk foam on top
5.Finish with strawberries or your favorite toppings

A crisp and refreshing coffee soda made with iced coffee and cider.
The pleasant bitterness of coffee is paired with the sweetness of cider and the light sparkle of carbonation.
Add lemon and mint for a cool, refreshing look.

Recipe
1.Brew a stronger cup of coffee.

[Brewing recipe]
Coffee grounds: 20g
Ice: 90g
Hot water: 110mL

2.Add ice to a glass.
3.Pour in 200mL of cider.
4.Slowly pour the coffee along the ice.
5.Top with lemon and mint to finish.
