Η επιχείρηση ιδρύθηκε το 1952 με την επωνυμία ΑΡΟΕΣΤΙ & ΧΑΣΣΙΔ , συνέχισε ως ΗΛΙΑΣ ΣΙΜΟΝ ΧΑΣΣΙΔ ΕΠΕ, το 1962 μετονομάσθηκε σε ΦΛΑΜ ΕΛΛΑΣ ΟΕ και τέλος το 1995 σε ΦΛΑΜ ΕΛΛΑΣ ΑΕΕ Αντικείμενο της Εταιρείας είναι η αντιπροσώπευση,εισαγωγή και διανομή προιόντων υψηλής Ωρολογοποιίας και ειδών Χαρτοπωλείου.
