Η αυλαία του 7ου Φεστιβάλ Λεσβιακής Γαστρονομίας Lesvos Food Fest πέφτει αύριο, Κυριακή 12 Ιουλίου, στην Πέτρα!

🕥 10:30 Σας περιμένουμε το πρωί, στον αύλειο χώρο της εκκλησίας του Αγίου Νικολάου, για να φτιάξουμε προζύμι με τον σεφ Κωστή Κωστάκη.

🕥 19:30 Συνεχίζουμε το απόγευμα, με σημείο έναρξης την Πλατεία Ηρώου, όπου ο Πολιτιστικός Σύλλογος Πέτρας έχει ετοιμάσει ένα γαστρονομικό περίπατο, μέσα στον οικισμό της Πέτρας.

🕥 21:30 Η εκδήλωση ολοκληρώνεται με μια βεγγέρα, βγαλμένη από τα παλιά, στον κήπο της Νίκης. Σας περιμένουμε να ομορφύνουμε τη νύχτα με κεράσματα, ποτάκι και ζωντανή μουσική αυλής με τους “Enjoy the Vibes”.

The curtain falls on the 7th Lesvos Food Fest tomorrow, Sunday, July 12, in Petra!

🕥 10:30 a.m.
Join us in the morning in the courtyard of Agios Nikolaos Church, where Chef Kostis Kostakis will show us how to make traditional sourdough starter.

🕢 7:30 p.m.
We continue in the evening, starting from Cannons Square, where the Petra Cultural Association has prepared a gastronomic walking tour through the picturesque village of Petra.

The festival concludes with a traditional veggera—a nostalgic Greek evening gathering—in Niki's Garden. Join us for local treats, drinks, and live courtyard music by Enjoy the Vibes, as we celebrate the closing of this year's festival together.

The 7th Lesvos Food Fest is organized by the Molyvos Tourism Association, co-organized with the Region of North Aegean and the Municipality of West Lesvos. Λίγες ώρες έμειναν για την έναρξη του 7ου Φεστιβάλ Λεσβιακής Γαστρονομίας Lesvos Food Fest !

Ξεκινάμε αύριο, Πέμπτη 9 Ιουλίου, στην Αγία Παρασκευή.
Θα σας περιμένουμε, στις 19:30, στον αύλειο χώρο του Μουσείου Βιομηχανικής Ελαιουργίας Λέσβου, όπου θα φιλοξενηθεί η δράση «Άρωμα πόλης» – Η Λωξάντρα συναντά το Νόστιμον Ήμαρ.

Ο σεφ Αλέξανδρος Παπανδρέου, η Ελπίδα Κουμαρέλα και ο Αγροτουριστικός Συνεταιρισμός Αγίας Παρασκευής «Η Σελάδα» μας ταξιδεύουν στο δικό τους «Νόστιμον ήμαρ». Μυρωδιές από ανέμελα καλοκαίρια στο χωριό ζωντανεύουν στον προαύλιο χώρο του Μουσείου. Η κουβέντα ανατρέπεται, όταν εισβάλλει η οικοδέσποινα, μια εμβληματική φιγούρα της Πολίτικης κουζίνας. Οι συνταγές της παντρεύουν την αρχοντιά με τα μερακλίδικα υλικά της Πόλης. Σήμερα, πάμε εκεί που οι λέξεις είναι γλυκιές σαν πολίτικος χαλβάς και οι αναμνήσεις καίνε σαν το μπούκοβο. Θα θυμηθούμε πως η μαγειρική είναι σαν τον έρωτα: αν δεν βάλεις μεράκι, το φαΐ θα βγει άνοστο, κι αν δεν βάλεις αγάπη, η ζωή θα βγει… τζούφια.

Just a few hours to go until the opening of the 7th Lesvos Food Fest!

We kick off tomorrow, Thursday, 9 July, in Agia Paraskevi.

We look forward to welcoming you at 7:30 p.m. in the courtyard of the Museum of Industrial Olive Oil Production of Lesvos, where the event "Aroma of the City" – Loxandra Meets Nostimon Imar will take place.

Join us for an evening celebrating the rich culinary heritage and flavors of Lesvos!

Chef Alexandros Papandreou, Elpida Koumarela, and the Agia Paraskevi Agritourism Cooperative “I Selada” invite us on a journey to their own Nostimon Imar (“the day of homecoming”). The aromas of carefree village summers come alive in the museum’s courtyard. The story takes an unexpected turn when the hostess arrives—an iconic figure of Constantinopolitan cuisine. Her recipes blend elegance with the rich, authentic ingredients of the City. Tonight, we travel to a place where words are as sweet as traditional Constantinopolitan halva and memories burn as intensely as red pepper flakes. We are reminded that cooking is like love: without passion, food lacks flavor; without love, life itself feels empty.
