The Charm Bar by Laterna is calling... και δεν λέμε ποτέ όχι στα charms.
Αύριο, από τις 11:00, σε περιμένουμε στο Βρυσάκι για να φτιάξεις το κόσμημα που θα γίνει το νέο σου μικρό obsession. (Ναι... θα το φοράς με τα πάντα. Το ξέρουμε ήδη. 🤭)
Διάλεξε τη βάση σου (κολιέ, βραχιόλι ή σκουλαρίκια) και μετά έρχεται το πιο δύσκολο κομμάτι: να αποφασίσεις ποιά charms θα πάρεις μαζί σου. ✨🍒🐚
Μια καρδούλα για εκείνον που αγαπάς. Ένα κοχύλι για εκείνες τις καλοκαιρινές μέρες που δεν θέλεις να τελειώσουν. Ένα αστεράκι για τις ευχές που ακόμα κρατάς κρυφές. Ή απλώς... γιατί είναι cute. (Και αυτός είναι απολύτως αρκετός λόγος)

This month has been exceptionally fulfilling! Thank you and for letting my work be a part of the Eros exhibition and for being able to donate this piece for such a great cause!
I am truly overjoyed that my piece has found its new home (dear anonymous bidder thank you!) and that proceeds from the auction will support the purchase of essential medical equipment for the Athens General Children’s Hospital “Panagioti & Aglaias Kyriakou”, contributing to the early diagnosis and treatment of childhood cancer.

This design reinterprets Le Chevalier aux Fleurs (painting by Georges Rochegrosse, 1890) through a nuanced examination of the dialectic between love, lust, and moral aspiration. Within the painting’s narrative, the knight resists the seductive allure of the flower maidens in pursuit of an idealized, transcendent love.

The gilded armor signifies discipline, virtue, and the knight’s unwavering commitment to spiritual purpose, while the sculptural embellishments of flowers encroaching upon its surface evoke the persistent presence of earthly temptation—sensuous, alluring, and gently invasive.

The semi-transparent fabric introduces an element of vulnerability, suggesting that resistance to desire is neither absolute nor untroubled, and that the knight remains permeable to emotional and bodily experience. By synthesizing rigidity and delicacy, restraint and seduction, the design emphasizes the human condition inherent in the original work: the inevitability of desire as both a threat and a formative force within the pursuit of ideal love.

So what does a witch do on the night of April 30? According to European folklore, Walpurgis Night marked the witches’ gathering on the Brocken.
During this night they chime bells and charm bracelets to ward off evil spirits. They burn away winter: The night marks the boundary between winter and spring. Bonfires were lit to cleanse, purify, and protect against negative spirits.
They gather on high peaks and dance into May.
