Elena is a prominent Greek water polo player and a key member of the Greece women’s national team.

Over the years, she has contributed to Greece’s success in major international competitions. A distinctive highlight of her career came in 2025, when Greece won the Women’s Water Polo World Cup, with Xenaki named Most Valuable Player of the final.
