I've always had a fascination with pearls.

Perhaps because pearls and silver have something beautiful in common.
Both are rare gifts of nature.

Silver is formed deep within the earth over millions of years.
Pearls are created inside a shell, layer by layer, through a remarkable natural process that turns something ordinary into something precious.

I woke up on the first day of summer to the joy of finding this extraordinary flower blooming in our beautiful garden.

This Echinopsis cactus flower blooms only once a year and remains open for little more than 24 hours.

Not everything is meant to be produced quickly.
