An incredibly regal and substantial piece of jewellery!

This is a fantastic 18ct gold carnelian Scottish seal statement ring. Topped with a large bright orange piece of carnelian, it bears a seal depicting a shield, monogrammed initials, crossed branches and an axe along with the motto ‘Altera Merces’ which translates to Victory or Death or To Conquer or Die!, a Scottish motif of the Maclean clan.
